I have a G1 1070 which I know for a fact is a very powerful card and it destroys every game I throw at it. I see people getting 100 fps on max in GTA V at 1440p. I am playing at 1080p and I get a 40-60 framerate. I

Turns out my CPU is using 100% of it, while my GPU is only using 50-60%. My rig is : MSI GTX 1060 3GB I5-6500 RAM 8 GB PSU 600W I tried everything, configsoverclocking my GPUeverything.
